Looking at the girl, Terry said "I know, but I hate it even more. Got me in so much trouble last year...that damn cat." Looking away, Terry walked back over to the wall, and just leaned against it.

Walking back over to the rules, Terry muttered "When will it start?" and waited there until more of his friends arrived.
Taking out his wand, Terry was thinking about practicing spells, but saw the squib's cat Ms. Norris looking around the corner. "Damn, I hate that cat."

Jessica stared at the sign that Mr.Filch had posted, her face not showing any emotion. She shrugged, pushing her way out of the crowd of students that had begun to gather.

He's going a bit over board with the non-regulation stuff....oh well as long as he don't catch me with anything then i'm all sweet about it [imagine hogwarts without the mischief makers "what a sad place this wud be!

Turning around to a group of his friends, Terry states "yeah, no dungbombs huh? Hehe...we'll see about that..." He snickers and starts to walk away, with his robes swishing behind him.

The Caretaker strode forward, pouchy face twisted into a sick grin. You gulp, having just exited the Great Hall and finishing a rather appealing supper...you had heard about him, that odd, nasty fellow...murmurs from other students told of a time in 1995 when he obtained permission to whip students. You shudder, but remind yourself Professor Astralis would never allow that, and try to laugh at some Hufflepuff fourth year's comment on how he greatly desired to kick Filch's dusty tattletale cat Mrs. Norris. Holding you hat tightly, you stop to look at the list he had posted.
2005-2006 SEMESTER RULES & REGULATIONS

OOC -OOC conversations (ie Omigawsh I Just Hate My Mum Soooooo MUCH!) will be deleted. Three of these posts and the user will recieve a twenty minute detention. Also, please do not use *s, -s or any other symbol to indicate actions. Tell it like a story. -Respect the rights and beliefs of those around you. This means no major swearing (damn, hell, ect are permitted, but the 'eff' word and sexual terms are not tolerated, and are replaced by a filter that is progressively harder to trick) -However, beliefs like supporting Chana (great niece of Voldemort, our version of him), being anti-Muggleborn, ect are tolerated as they are issues that are dealed with in the book...just be careful that a professor doesn't hear you. -No sexual content past kissing, hugging, ect. This is a site meant for all ages. -You character MUST have a first and last name. -Do not use sTiCkYcApPiEs (unless describing disorientation xD) Flaming threads are permitted, so long as they are in character. -No SPAMming -Please use the [[OOC:]] tag to mark out of character speech, ie [[OOC: She's angry, lol]] -Godmoding is strictly forbidden. -Students may not own shops. -It is preferable that you do not have your name with Potter, Granger, Malfoy, Dumbledore, ect. You may be related to a HP book family, ie Mafalda's niece (Mafalda was an unintroduced character for GoF, Ron's cousin and original source of all that nasty info to Rita Skeeter) but keep their last names out of it
In Character -No fanged frisbees, biting boomerangs, wizzing yo-yos, dungbombs, ect. A complete list of banned products can be found on my office door. [[OOC: This doesn't mean you can't use them, just don't get caught by Filch with them ]] -No asking for positions as teachers (all have been filled) prefects or Head Boy/Head Girl. -You must earn at least 50 house points to pass. As well, if more than three of your subjects give an F, then you will fail. -The Forbidden Forest is strictly out of bounds. -Vandalism, fights, ect will result in detentions and loss of house points. -Students have a curfew of 9:30PM. -Those who do not wish to suffer a painful death must leave the squid. This includes throwing rocks at it, using magic on it, ect. -No quitting, leaving, ect just because we gave you a detention. Face it like a real student.
